- Contributed to the modification of the outcome-based-education (OBE) curriculum for the Dept. of Law and the General Education (GED) Cell at Eastern University (EU) in February 2019.

- Developed and modified the present curriculum for the sociology major and minor program at IUB in 2018

- Contributed in the development of the outcome-based-education (OBE) curriculum for the various programs under the following ten degree offering entities at IUB during 2016-18: School of Business, Dept. of Economics, Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Dept. of English and Modern Languages, Dept. of Media and Communication, Dept. of Social Sciences and Humanities, Dept. of Environmental Science, Dept. of Environmental Management, School of Public Health.

- Developed and delivered lectures on Leadership for Effective Management, Organizational Conflict, Conflict Management, Leadership, Teamwork and Team Management in 2018 at the National Social Service Academy, Department of Social Service, Government of Bangladesh.

- Contributed to the modification of the outcome-based-education (OBE) curriculum for the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Business Administration at Eastern University (EU) in August 2018.

- Contributed to the modification of the outcome-based-education (OBE) curriculum for the Dept. of Pharmacy at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) in May 2018.

- Contributed to the modification of the outcome-based-education (OBE) curriculum for the Dept. of English and the Dept. of Bangla at Begum Rokeya University Rangpur (BRUR) in March 2018.

- Designed and taught ten undergraduate courses at IUB where six courses have never been offered before. The course are Introductory Sociology (SOC 101), Introduction to Philosophy (PHL 101), Philosophy of Religion (PHL 206), Statistics for Sociology (SOC 201), Femininity, Masculinity and Sociology (SOC 204), Social Structure of Bangladesh: Structure and Process (SOC 210), Social Science Research Methodology (SOC 301), Modern Economies and Global Society (SOC 307), Designing Sociological Research (SOC 322), and Qualitative Research Methods (SOC 411).

- Principal Investigator (PI) in a research project titled Living with Refugee: The Experience of Host Community beside the Rohingya Camps funded by IUB during 2021-ongoing.

- Principal Investigator (PI) in a four-month research project titled The Link between the Post-Islamist Trends and Neoliberal Spirit funded by the Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa (ILCAA), Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS) during October 2021-January 2022.

- Supervised three sociology undergraduate internships on land settlement, microfinance, and research industry during 2018-2021.

- Co-supervised ten graduate dissertations for the Master in Development Studies program's partial fulfillment from 2016 to 2019.
