  • Proactively participated in Bangladesh Automated Clearing House, an Automated Cheque Processing System. It was implemented based on requirements provided by Bangladesh Bank.
  • A web facility was provided to the branches to submit requisition for Personalized MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) encoded cheque books.
  • Enhancement of Bank’s comprehensive information technology policy was done based on the international best practices with compliance of central bank guideline.
  • As part of acquiring the Core Banking Solution (CBS) to ensure better customer service and enhance our internal business processes, a Pilot CBS was implemented in two branches.
  • Completed web-based Case Management System and was also implemented for Retail Banking Division (In-House Development).
  • To provide better logistic support customized Human Resource Management System was implemented.
  • Case Management System was implemented for Legal Division (In-House Development).
  • Designed solution for Automated Centralized Data Back-Up and Reporting System.
  • To equip users with modern technology to help them perform with their full potential and increase IT awareness, Zone wise extensive IT training was conducted by me.
  • Portfolio Management and Stock Analytical Software was implemented for Merchant Banking.
  • Remittance Management System was deployed for International Division.
  • To ensure secure connectivity among branches and Head Office Divisions, CA internet security software was implemented.
